Welcome to the site. We've made a lot of changes... This page, in the future, will keep you updated with things about CommissionerSam.com that we would like to point out. Information about the site in general can be found on our Site Information page. Right now, we would like to highlight a few new features:

Anonymous Photo Uploading: Have you ever had a photo of Portland that you really like and wanted to share? Now you can. Feel free to upload photos to our website and they will be displayed to the public on the right-hand side of the screen as well as on our Portland Photos page. We have to approve every post to make sure that they fit standards of decency, so there can be a delay between when you post it and when it goes live.
In the News forums: This is a place for discussion where people can come together and talk about topics that are in the news, events happening in the city, or really anything that you want. Go wild!
