ORRCO Oil Refining is located in North Portland close to the Portland Expo Center. We met with Bill Briggs, Founder and President and Steven Gunther.
ORRCO is a leader in petroleum recycling. Through new technologies developed by ORRCO, they have the capabilities to recycle antifreeze, oil filters, oily rags, and used oils and fuels to name just a few.
Operating in Portland for over 20 years, this family owned business has 9 facilities and 
responsive fleet that serves 5 states.
