I wanted to take a moment to give special recognition to Nolan Mackrill, with your Parking Enforcement Division. Today we were faced with a challenging situation involving one of our customers and their special parking needs while staying with us. Our customer informed us today that they would be arriving Friday with two over-sized motor coaches and a need for close secured hotel parking. Nolan and his team were quickly able to put together a plan in securing a parking area next to the hotel. Usually this process takes some time and with the help of Nolan we were able to expedite it and meet our customer expectations. Commissioner, please know that you have a tremendous asset with Nolan Mackrill as your manager of the Parking Enforcement Division. He and his staff have brought customer service back to life within that department.

Cead Mile Buiochas on your Famine blog. Ive been to Ireland and visited many famine cottages and a couple famine museums.
