From Pizza Hut to City Hall, Warren Jimenez brings an array of business experiences and economic skills to Commissioner Sam Adams’ team. Working his way through college,Warren managed a Pizza Hut and helped it win the accolade of being number one in the nation. Warren then put his business degree from Walla Walla College to work as an Executive Director of Economic Development in Colville, Washington. In 1999, he then relocated to the “other side of the river” and became a Health Care Administrator for Planned Parenthood and then the Native American Rehabilitation Association in Portland.
Born in Costa Mesa, California, Warren is a member of the Coastal Band of the Chumash Nation located in Santa Barbara. Warren is the youngest of three brothers. He played collegiate tennis and soccer through college and also enjoys golf, running, mountain biking, and snow skiing. Warren serves his community as a youth basketball coach for NAYA (Native American Youth and Family Center). He resides in the Kenton Neighborhood with his partner Nichole Maher.
