Business #81: Milagros
Warren Jimenez
“I don't know what the city can do, but one of the biggest challenges we face as a family owned business is the cost of health care insurance. After that we need the city to help us with clean up of graffiti,” says Tony Fuentas, of Milagros.
Founded a year ago by Jennifer, Tony, and Mila Fuentes and located in the Fox Chase Neighborhood Business Area of NE Portland, Milagros features unique locally made products for babies and a wide selection of comfortable yet attractive clothing for infants, children and expectant mothers. Milagros (pronounced me-LA-grows) means “Miracles” and the little miracle in your life is always welcome at Milagros, located at 5429 NE 30th Avenue.
