[0]Autopsy of a crash.Sam lobbied the Oregon State legislature for an important change in state law requiring motorists to move disabled vehicles out of traffic lanes during prime commuting hours. Sam understands that a major cause of congestion on the highways are non injury accidents and minor vehicle malfunctions.
By requiring motorists to pull their vehicles to the shoulder, Sam hopes the region can avoid some of the serious congestion that costs our economy dearly each year in lost productivity, disruption of schedules and wasted resources.
