Last week Commissioner Adams was called to Washington, D.C by Congressman David Wu, chairman of the House Subcommittee on Technology and Innovation, to testify during a hearing addressing “Green Transportation Infrastructure: Challenges to Access and Implementation.”

The Subcommittee hearing was the first step toward expanding Portland’s innovative stormwater efforts and local Green Streets Policy, to national policy with a federal funding base.
