“Vandalism is an issue for us, as is possible misuse of the trails in our area,” says Terry Emmert with Emmert International [1]. “We’re also concerned with the increase in homelessness and drugs in our community.”
Emmert International, a prominent hauling company, has had numerous problems with fines. They told me about multiple citations they have received and fees that they have been charged over the years. They would like me to look into the structure and amount of fines, and when they are levied. Additionally, moving homes is an issue for them, especially with the current heights of wiring around our city.
