Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center Hosts 10 year Celebration

Sam, Tom, and I toasted PEAC for all of their work for the environment including the city's biggest sewer project, the "big pipe". Through their advocacy, we're working for clean rivers. We look forward to future successes that keep Portland green and clean.
