Q: How do I get assistance on reducing my water/sewer charges?

Q: People drive too fast in my neighborhood. How do I obtain traffic calming help from the Office of Transportation?

Q: What can I do to stop my neighbor from parking multiple junk cars in his yard and on the street?

Q: Where do I go to report pot hole damage to my tires, and why aren't these pot holes being repaired?
A: Peter Schillaci, Bureau of Maintenance 503.823.2867 is happy to help. When a pothole is reported, the Bureau of Maintenance is committed to repairing the pothole within a few days. Unfortunately, they can't know every pothole out there. Thanks for your help in alerting us!
