I will put Mayor Katz up against any mayor this City has had since WWII (or before for that matter), Neil G. included. She was a doer, a straight shooter and served this City with distinction. Had she been healthy enough to run for another term, she would have won hands down. Give her the credit and honor she deserves, even if you don't care for all of her decisions.
PS Get over the Tram and start worrying about the $1Billion plus Columbia River Crossing that ODOT/WSDOT are cooking up...it will dump 20K more cars onto Portland's streets.
