As the President of the Portland-Ashkelon sister City Association I would like to invite Commissioner Adams to an event at City Hall on April 2 at 12:00. Lea Malul, Director of Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon will be here for an informal session open to PASCA members and City Officials. She is an expert working in situations of emergency. Every city, at times, can have an emergency, either manmade or natural, which health care systems have to adapt to. We would like to invite the Commissioner or his representative to this meeting, as the information available will be unique and interesting. Please join us.
