Sorry - Just asked a question

From a taxpayers view, here is what we see:
- SE 82nd has a high pedestrian accident rate and after years of complaints Mr Adams throws a few million that will prbably vanish after the election
- Cully and neighborhoods west of SE 82nd have dirt roads
- Potholes grow

However, we find the following:
- All bicycle related projects are funded (with the exception of the Flanders bridge which Mr Adams' boss, Vera, said wouldn't work)
- Streetcars and light rail always gets funded
- FLoating sidewalks get built
- We throw $35M at PGE Park on Vera's say-so
- Two years running we had a $30M+ revenue surplus, none of which went to road repair

So this prompts my question, what is PDOT doing to accomplish more with less? The answer I get from Mr PDOT is I wouldn't understand. This is an issue private industry constantly faces and has to answer.

And, no, the answer is not raising new taxes.
