Actually, as has been pointed out elsewhere, the pearl district has generated far more money in SDCs than it's received in SDC spending.

We can get you that information, Steve, this week.

It's fine to disagree with spending money on alternative modes of transportation. It's fine to disagree with whether or not the gas tax is a general transportation revenue generator or a user fee. It's fine to argue that bikes should pay and pedestrians should not. It's fine to ask for data on the distribution of transportation dollars.

But I fear that based on your line of questioning here and elsewhere I am not assured you're open to changing your mind on how you view things no matter how or what data is presented. It seems a waste of my tax-payer salary to even bother.
