Another solution

Actually I think having an adminsitrative judge figure out a solution in Tualatiin like with the VoE funding would be better.

Maybe Mr Adams's attorney could go after gangs instead of other mayoral candidates and quit wasting taxpayer money with this failed VoE concept.
