"The Tram is a key piece and by all measures a success"

Before you choke on tehe KoolAid, could you explain how many new jobs the $70M parking lot shuttle it has become for OHSU (I believe 80%+ of the riders are OHSU employees) the Tram created.

What if we had spent $70M building a new college campus instead?
