Big oil?

"Gas taxes havent increased in the last 15 years while the cost of asphalt and steel has at least quadrupled. I smell "Big oil influence."

OK, again, why is "Big Oil" (if they even care) against a water/sewer tax? Heck, it means the gas tax won't go up which would benefit them (again, even if they care.)

Randy/Mr Adams - Just give us a logical explanation without personal attacks on Mr Romain.
