The Feds have Money to give out. We need to Mathc some of those dollars to get the Funds.

Hmmmm

I want to Buy a New Car (Max Line). I have $2500 (Millions) for a Down payment and Ford (The Feds) will Match those dollars until the end of Feb.

My kids need School Clothes (Road Improvements). What do I Do???

I would By Clothes.

Not Portland Government.

Sometimes you Have to Pass up The Deal for the Good of the Family.
