You wingnuts sing the same old song wherever you go.

If ODOT or the feds have money budgeted for PROJECTS, that money can't go to maintenance. Why shouldn't the City try to get a share? Citizens want these projects, so City should pursue them. ODOT also gives $ for maintenace but it isn't enough
