to Bob Mionske's excellent article on bias in enforcing laws, unfortunately happens to use cases in Portland all too frequently. This isn't a simple rant from someone who's been stung, I haven't. If Portland is going to develop itself into a cycling mecca, which it seems intent on doing, then the Police Bureau needs to get on board. Right now, they obviously have a very anti cycling bias. That needs to change. It's time for a house cleaning at the Police Bureau.
