I don't care if a candidate is black, white, yellow, brown or a nice shade of green.
I don't care if they are straight, gay, undecided or asexual.
What I do care about is the fact that I refuse to vote for anyone who stoops to slinging mud on anyone for any reason. If their only platform is what the "other person" has done wrong, late, backwards or just stupidly, they are not going to get my vote.
Why should the gay issue even come into the conversation unless you are also gay and would like to date the person in question?
