Bob Ball is an egotistical jerk. I seem to remember that during the 2004 mayoral race that Jim Francesconi tried this sort of tactic and lost by a huge margin. Is Bob Ball so stupid that he doesn't remember that Portlanders don't go for this sort of mud slinging?
I think it speaks VOLUMES about the sort of person that Ball is. Not the sort of individual that I want running our city.
