Streetcar Lies

One person told me that the list of streetcar caused developments in downtown included an underground parking lot.

As I understand it the streetcar claims to be the sole cause of all development within a few blocks of the line starting well before streetcar was built.

The tax abatements and $250,000 million free infrastructure (at buildout) had noting to do with it - just more city lies as usual.
