Widen 82nd Avenue?
Frank, widening streets creates more opportunity for unnecessary lane changes and speeding. If you're concerned about bike traffic, the better plan would be to eliminate the uncontrolled center turn lane, create controlled turns between center medians, narrow the roadway and build a separated bike lane.
