sam We were able to learn about some of the main concerns of businesses in this traffic heavy part of NE Portland. Speed is a significant issue. Many businesses want traffic to be calmed, so that cars don't fly by their storefronts and safety is improved.
JK Yeah, and many of us people want a way to quickly get where we want to go, without passing through districts that don't want us. That is the problem for you to fix. The solution not to waste people's time with calming, but to find a faster way to get the job done. PS: de-congest the freeways so we don’t have to impose on the good people of Parkrose who don’t want us potential customers dirtying their streets.
