Thank you for posting such a great example of why the Commission form of government works so well to make Portland the wonderful place it is. A place where citizens can make a difference. A place where elected officials are accountable for the practices of the bureaus assigned to them. And a place where even green dye can become a priority, when a Commissioner cares to make it one.
