So what exactly do...
45 living wage jobs equate to?
Is living wage 7.50 an hour, or 65 bucks an hour? Because in all technical definitions of "living wage job" would be that 7.50 an hour is adequate to meet a "living wage".
What is considered "Walking Distance"?
Does that mean 1/8, 1/4, or 1/2 a mile from the MAX stop? I'm curious because in all reality, for regular commuters, anything more than 1/8 isn't walkable but I've seen estimates state that 1/2 or even 2/3 of a mile are "walkable". Americans, even Portlandians, often won't walk that far if they are suburbanites, and this is a suburban development.
Thanks, as always, curious and attempting to research, opine, and figure out that tangle of political jargon for the regular people.
