Noise problems in North Portland
Added to the PIR, train and truck noise are the children playing in the street until well after midnight, people having parties and playing their loud music after 10pm, and people just being inconsiderate (Tyndall Avenue). Too bad we can't do something about educating people on good old fashioned manners. Please keep working on the noise issues in North Portland for our sanity sake. Thanks for all your hard work.
