100 days, a hundred projects

There’s been no water bureau scandal, no face-off with angry neighbors and no controversy over open reservoirs for Commissioner Sam Adams. Yet.  A hundred days into his term, the freshman councilman is still enjoying his honeymoon phase at City Hall, having prompted little if any criticism about his performance so far. But it hasn’t quite been a relaxing honeymoon. Adams has been busy — some say a little too busy — pushing through the endless array of pet projects he promised voters last year during his campaign to “shake up City Hall.â€
