Art is too personal to have government involvement

I am now a regular on this blog - google-ized and relevant - and I wish to make an extremely important statement about art and government. Art is the most personal aspect of anyone's life and therefore government has no business getting its hands in it - it surely corrupts any and all art with its authoritative exercise of abusive power. Everything I do is has an aspect of art. Everyone I observe engaging in life is performing art at every instance of their life. Government has no business judging and interfering in our totally artistic world. How dare government officials act like they have the capacitiy to judge or appoint anyone else to judge anyone's art! I, in the strongest terms, advocate for the separation of government and art!
