I recommend you at least see fig. 2, 100 year temperature vs. Sun. And Fig 3 Sea Ice around Iceland from 1740 to 1970 and the sun. Note the extreme variability of arctic ice, when you read of recent disappearing ice.

Isn’t it far more rational to suspect the sun as a cause of warming than a gas (CO2) that increases from 0.025% to 0.030% of the atmosphere?
