May 2007 marks a major change in healing political divides in Northern Ireland and we at the Portland City Hall are excited to be hosting 4 Belfast Artists from that region.

City Hall is  excited to be partnering with the Heart Gallery of Oregon. The Heart Gallery is a child adoption and fostering advocacy organization whose goal is to place children in healthy homes. The Heart Gallery works with professional photographers to take photos of the children as a way to talk more generally about adoption and fostering, in addition to creating an opportunity for community members to learn about specific children up for adoption.
